Meet the sponsors

Zara

My name is  Zara Cullen. I’m 39 and a proud mum to my daughter Keeley, who has cerebral palsy. My fitness journey started from a very real place, I wanted to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself so I could give everything I had to caring for Keeley. I carried her upstairs until she was 9 years old, so building strength wasn’t just about fitness for me, it was about being able to show up for her every single day. Over time that journey turned into a real passion for training and bodybuilding. I’m currently preparing for my 9th bodybuilding show with Pure Elite, and I love pushing myself to see what I’m capable of both physically and mentally. Alongside training, I work as a Learning Support Assistant at Marchwood Junior School, supporting children in their learning and development. I also work as a Virtual Assistant for my coach, Zoey Wright, which allows me to be involved in the fitness industry in another way. In September I’ll be starting a degree in Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science. I’m really excited to keep learning and to eventually build a career helping others improve their health, strength and confidence through fitness and education.

Jamie

Jamie Johnson | 31

I’ve been training since I was 17 years old. I started out in powerlifting and spent my first 5–6 years focused on building strength and learning the fundamentals of lifting.

Over time my focus shifted and I moved into bodybuilding, where I could put that strength toward building the best physique possible.

Right now I’m in prep for my next bodybuilding show in June and working to bring my best condition to the stage.

Proud to be supported by a supplement company that backs my journey and the work that goes into competing.

Rachel

My names Rachel. I’m a dedicated full time single mum with a passion for fitness and bodybuilding. Im currently on prep for my first bodybuilding competition in June and I’m so excited to showcase my hard work and dedication to the sport.

Im an aspiring personal trainer and women’s weight loss coach, and this is driven by my own journey and experiences. Having been through the challenges, I want to inspire and support other women in building confidence, strength, and a healthier lifestyle, all whilst being a mum.

Lyla

Hi! I’m Lyla (pronounced ✨lie-la✨ — not Layla, Leila or Liya).

I’m a bikini bodybuilder heading into my second competitive season. My gym journey began at 15 years old, to then first stepping on stage at 17! inspired by watching my dad compete in bodybuilding shows. From the moment I attended one of his competitions, I knew this was the path I wanted to pursue.

Like many athletes, my journey hasn’t been without challenges. I’ve experienced serious struggles with mental health, but the gym has always been my safe place and the one thing that continually brings me back with focus and determination.

Alongside competing, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist, currently completing my Honours degree in Health, Nutrition and Exercise Science. Bodybuilding is more than a sport to me — it’s a lifestyle, and I’m committed to taking it as far as I can. 💪

Ellie

G’day, I’m Ellie B from sunny Australia 🇦🇺 ☀️ I’m a bikini bodybuilder. My journey to the stage wasn’t straightforward, at 14 I was diagnosed with a chronic illness that took over my life and confidence. For me my journey wasn’t about stepping on stage or winning a medal, it’s about finally showing up for myself.

It’s about trading the years i spent feeling like we weren’t enough for anyone, including myself.

I spent a year in prep and lost 20kg and I will never look back. The gym has become my life and my passion and I’m planning to come back stronger at the end of this year in my second bodybuilding competition.

 Julia

Hi i'm Julia a first-time toned figure bodybuilder with a real passion for fitness. My journey into fitness hasn’t been a straight line — I struggled with an eating disorder in the past, which completely changed the way I view health, training, and self-confidence. recovery has helped me fuel my body properly and made the gym a place of empowerment. It’s where I discovered a love for bodybuilding and for pushing myself in a healthy, balanced way.

In preparation for my first show, I am also building my online coaching business alongside it. My goal is to help other women feel confident walking into the gym and develop a positive relationship with training and nutrition. I want to show that strength, confidence, and self-belief can grow from even the most difficult starting points.

Cara

Hey, I'm Cara — a 37-year-old mum of two, personal trainer, online lifestyle coach, and owner of a women’s-only private gym and class studio.

My journey into the health and fitness industry started with my own transformation. After losing over 40kg, I discovered a real passion for training, nutrition, and the way fitness can completely change your life — not just physically, but mentally too. That passion quickly turned into a career I truly love.

Since then, I’ve worked with hundreds of women, helping them build strength, confidence, and a balanced lifestyle that actually fits around real life.

I don’t just train for aesthetics. I train for strength, health, fitness, and mental wellbeing — with the occasional Hyrox race thrown in too.

Hayden

I AM HAYDEN

I AM A FIRST TIME ATHLETE FOR PCA MEN’S PHYSIQUE

I started my fitness journey in 2024 after getting diagnosed with heart failure and A fib.

My plan was never to compete but only to get healthy; fast forward one year and I’m getting ready to get on stage.

I also run my own coaching business

@COACHED_BY_H where I help like-minded individuals achieve their dream physiques while improving their mental health and creating a whole new lifestyle!

I am proud to be a part of the powerhouse supplements Team, it’s full of like-minded individuals who all support each other and is a great environment for athletes!

Sam

Hi I'm Sam, A mother of 1 who is heading into my 2nd competitive season of bodybuilding. I'm also a qualified personal trainer and fitness instructor and have been in the fitness industry for 8 years now. Growing up my outlet for managing my mental health has always been exercise. Never underestimate the power of moving your body to help improve the mindset.

This is a huge reason I became a trainer myself to help people feel better in themselves, to show them that it's more than just moving your body.

When I was pregnant I picked up my qualification in pre and post natal training where I now help other mums through online coaching get back into fitness and help regain their confidence. Being through the whole experience myself I completely understand the struggles of getting back into it. And I'm here to remind mothers that you do not need to feel guilty taking the time out for yourself to exercise. A healthy mother is so important for your babies.

Filling your cup so that you can then fill theirs!.

If you are interested to know more my instagram is samlifts_x. My online coaching link is on my bio. I Look forward to meeting you!x

Oscar

My name is Oscar. I have been training in the gym for about 11 years and competing for the last 6 years. This will be my 6th bodybuilding season.

Before the gym, I practiced martial arts for many years, but unfortunately a back injury forced me to stop. After that, the gym became a second home for me.

For me, training is not only about improving my physique. It also helps me mentally and gives me discipline for everyday life. The gym is a place where I can push myself, keep learning, and always try to become a better version of myself.
